It is Tammy's passion to help women across cultural lines fulfill, with clarity, their God-given gifts. She accomplishes this through inspirational speaking, coaching, and events. For the past 7 years Tammy has hosted monthly meetups for women called, Sisterhood Saturday. It's an opportunity to ignite passions, and sharpen connections in a safe environment conducive to birthing dreams while keeping women in pursuit of greatness.

For the past 5 years Tammy Dynamic Dean has hosted the, Sisterhood Call to Unity Conference. An event that brings women together for a time of healing, empowerment, and restoration. 

 

She spent 7 years as a bank manager, and  12 years in real estate before embarking on a new passion. The hopes and dreams of other women! She desired the same fervency in seeing their dreams come to past as she would her own. 

 

She began hosting prayer and praise gatherings in her home where she encouraged the women to not just pray for their own desires, but to pray Hers also (pointing to a woman in the room). That statement sparked the brand, PrayHers. A 501c3 where the mission is to UNITE women,  IGNITE passions, and BIRTH dreams.

 

Instead of preying on others accomplishments, Tammy encourages women to pray for each other's success. This also led her to author, In Hers is Yours, a 31-Day challenge that is changing the hearts of women by proving the power in praying one for another.  A principle derived from James 5:16 of the Bible ...pray ye one for another that you may be healed. She also co-authored,"Tapping Into Your Inner Beauty." A book focusing on forgiveness, self-esteem, kindness, and living with purpose.  She has also been featured in Voyage To Dallas.

 

As a proud member of Toastmasters Tammy successfully completed the pathway for Effective Coaching.  This path helps you build your skills as a positive communicator and leader. It focuses on understanding and  contributing to the development of others by coaching and establishing strong public speaking skills.

 

Other involvements: Tammy is a member of Faith4Life church in Carrollton, TX where she serves as a youth leader for children 3rd-5th grade. She enjoys reading, writing, walking, decorating, family, and hanging with great friends. 

 

Women of Visionary Influence (WOVI) former vice president for mentoring.  Toastmasters, former club vice president for membership, and current club President.

 

 

Tammy is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in Human Resources.  She lives in the area of Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX with her husband and daughter.
