a woman who is fierce, focused, and not to mention…very fit.  And if  I may add another ‘F word,’ it would be flygirl, because in my opinion she meets the urban definition: A sexy chic with a swag all her own; confident. A girl who knows what she wants and goes for it!

"I WAS SO ASHAMED OF THE WAY I LOOKED I COVERED MY HEAD EVEN WHEN I WAS AT HOME." My battle with Alopecia began in 2007 when I noticed a patch of hair missing from my head. It was small, so I didn't pay it much attention. But, then it became bigger and more noticeable.  I went to a dermatologist who diagnosed me with Alopecia Areata, which is an autoimmune skin disease resulting in hair loss, and possible baldness. It usually starts with one or more small, round, smooth patches on the scalp and progresses from there. Oftentimes, Alopecia is triggered by stress, and I was definitely under a lot of stress! At the time I was battling  with my husband’s on-again, off-again addiction to heroin,

Inside of her body was a silent killer that had been secretly lurking and hiding itself in her joints and organs going undetected by medical examinations, and the expert knowledge of the doctors. Before she knew it… she was ambushed.

 Health Confession:

I declare that my body is whole, regardless to the doctor's report. I declare, that every tissue, bone, ligament, and organ in my body is operating according to God's purpose and plan. My body fights off any and ALL sickness, and disease. My body does not fight against itself!

I will stand in faith, believing, that Jesus shed His blood for cancer, lupus, diabetes, arthritis, sickle cell, heart disease, and  ______. I will fight until I win the battle over ALL sickness and disease in my body. In Jesus' name I declare...I AM HEALED!

"Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes you were healed."
